1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FormFlow ("Service"), operated by FormFlow ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FormFlow is a form backend platform that receives, processes, and stores form submissions on behalf of its users. We provide email notifications, spam filtering, analytics, integrations, and an API for managing form data.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect sensitive data (passwords, credit card numbers, SSNs) through forms without appropriate security measures
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Plans and Payments

FormFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and Submissions

You retain ownership of all data submitted through your forms. We process and store this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect the data your forms receive.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
